Early voting for the 2024 election is already open in some states, and whether you're voting absentee or in-person, we're all trusting our local poll workers to make sure everyone's voice is fairly counted. Poll workers are regular folks (your neighbors, friends, and even your high school geometry teacher) who show up to make sure our democratic process runs smoothly.
