GAL-entine’s Day Contest Entry Form
Share why your Galentine is special to you for a chance for you and your Galentine to win e-gift cards and be featured in a Grace Note!
Galentine’s Day is right around the corner and we want to celebrate the power of friendship between women. Whether she is your sister, daughter, best friend, neighbor, coworker, or your mom, we all have a “rock” whom we couldn’t live without.
You will need to submit:
-Your first and last name, hometown and state, and mobile phone number
-No more than 2 paragraphs (in English) about why your Galentine is special to you
-1 photo of the two of you

To be considered, you must complete the Contest Entry Form in its entirety.
The Contest is open only to individuals residing in the United States, including its territories and possessions, who are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority under the law of their residence) as of January 17, 2025, and who have opted in to receive text messages from Galvanize no later than the date they enter the Contest and remain opted in until at least February 14, 2025. Finalists will be notified via text on or about February 3rd. Each finalist will need to have their Galentine submit a Galentine Entry Form to complete their entry for consideration to win a prize.
All finalists will be notified via text on or about February 11th, regarding whether or not they have won a prize. If you receive a text that you have won, make sure you follow the instructions and comply with the conditions contained in the text to claim your prize!
